(There's this book called Detroit: I Do Mind Dying that documents the rise and fall of the Dodge Revolutionary Movement D.R.U.M. as well as the League of Revolutionary Black Workers in 1975. The title actually originated from Joe Lee Carter's 'Please Mr Foreman' - a blues song about how the widespread adoption of the assembly line in the plant lead to an uptick in workplace accidents with workers losing body parts and all types of shit. That book and the League as a whole inspired this body of work.)
